New Videos
Recently, our Product Marketing Advisor Yann created some great videos exploring Remote Desktop Manager Mobile, which is our on-the-go IT toolbox that provides secure access to remote connections, passwords, and Active Directory management.
Well, the feedback on Yann’s work was so positive (which isn’t surprising!) that we asked him to dive into the Devolutions Workspace desktop app and mobile app. These new videos are now available on our YouTube channel.
In the videos, Yann highlights and demonstrates various aspects of Devolutions Workspace Desktop and Mobile including:
- Intuitive interface: Devolutions Workspace makes it easy to access and switch between various spaces that connect to Hub Business/Personal and Devolutions Server accounts. There is also a handy section for all time-based OTPs. Searching and editing specific entries is also a breeze.
- Offline mode: As an IT pro, is there anything more frustrating than being unable to get work done because the internet connection goes down? Fear not! Devolutions Workspace features an offline mode. All offline-enabled vault contents remain securely accessible if the internet connection is lost, the data source can't be accessed, or if offline mode is manually enabled.
- Built-in authenticator: Devolutions Workspace features an authenticator section to support MFA, as well as store OTPs and pushed authentications. OTPs can also be linked in the cloud to make them available from any workspace location.
- Messaging center: Devolutions Workspace works with each space's native messaging systems. Secure messages, credentials, and files can be easily sent to other team members, as well as individuals outside the organization. Admins who use a Devolutions Server workspace can also receive push notifications for messages, access requests, and approve PAM checkouts.
- Advanced security: While productivity is at the heart of workspace, be assured that advanced security is a top priority and not an afterthought. All data stored and accessed via Workspace is encrypted. And for additional protection and peace of mind, it can also integrate with a device’s biometrics and be configured to lock automatically after a period of inactivity.
