Coralie Lemasson

Greetings! I’m Coralie, a Writer and Editor for Devolutions. As such, I create positive, personalized experiences for the Devolutions community by seasoning content with empathy, synergy, and goodwill. During office hours, you’ll find me on the Devolutions Blog, the Force, and social media. Though formally trained as an English teacher, I’m a wordsmith by trade. English is just one of my muses among others, namely art and beauty. I enjoy painting, listening to music, and cooking unconventional dishes. My dream is to publish my novels one day: but in the interim, I like to procrastinate by traveling abroad, strolling through IKEA, discovering coffee shops, watching architectural shows on YouTube, and playing with my sweet Canadian horse, Arrakis.

Season’s Greetings from Devolutions!

It's that time of year again! With the holidays quickly approaching, Devolutions wants to take a moment to wish our wonderful community a very happy and joyous holiday season.

The classic holiday song “It’s the Most Wonderful Time of the Year” can mean different things to different people. For us, what makes the holidays so special is that it gives us a chance to share our immense, heartfelt gratitude to the most important people in our world: YOU, the members of our incredible global community.

Your support, loyalty, and partnership mean everything to us. It motivates us to consistently work at the highest level of competence and professionalism. And just as importantly, it drives us to keep innovating and raising the bar.

We cannot overstate how important this powerful, authentic connection with our community is. You are an integral part of WHO we are. You are not just customers. You are partners! We admire and respect you, and promise to never let you down!

You know, it’s kind of funny: for more than 10 years, CEOs and other executives from many companies — in all sectors and industries — have asked us how we created such a fiercely loyal and engaged community. And they are always surprised by our answer: we didn’t “create” anything, because you cannot engineer this kind of dynamic.

The formula is simple to understand, but difficult to implement: relentlessly focus on serving customers vs. the other way around (lots of companies get this mixed up!), always listen to ALL feedback (not just the positive stuff!), and be transparent in everything (honesty and integrity must be absolute principles).

And speaking of transparency…

If you have any doubt of our commitment in this area, then we can provide no better evidence than this photo collage of some team members who have donned their ugliest Christmas sweaters. My friends, this kind of raw, unrestrained anti-fashion statement is PEAK TRANSPARENCY. We cannot surpass this.

Fun Stuff During the Holidays

Wrapping it Up

To wrap-up this article (get it? Like gift wrapping? Sorry — that won’t happen again), once again we wish you and yours a delightful holiday season, and THANK YOU for your loyalty, support, and friendship. We will see you in a few days when the curtain rises on a new year, and our CEO David shares the much-anticipated Devolutions 2023 Roadmap!
