Laurence Cadieux

Hello! My name is Laurence Cadieux, and I’m a Communication Coordinnator here at Devolutions. My role includes overseeing the content strategy and development of our blog, managing the content and communication for our VIP advocate platform “Devolutions Force,” and working closely with our PR partners around the world. I also handle our off-site content opportunities (magazines, journals, newspapers, etc.). Academically, I have a bachelor’s degree in marketing. When I’m not working, I sing in a band, and I enjoy watching my favorite movies again and again. I also love cooking, and during the pandemic, I became a bread expert — I can now bake the most amazing key lime pie on earth (if I do say so myself!). Plus, I recently discovered LEGO and there is no turning back — I’m hooked! I’m always happy to help, and you can reach me directly at

[NEWS] Devolutions Wins Gold Award for Excellence, Innovation & Wellness

We are thrilled and proud to share that Devolutions has received the prestigious 2021 Gold Award for Excellence, Innovation & Wellness. The award was presented at the Performance Excellence Summit and Canada Awards for Excellence Virtual event on November 4, 2021 [read the press release].

This distinction is bestowed by The Canada Awards for Excellence, which is an annual awards program run by Excellence Canada that recognizes outstanding achievements by organizations in the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors coast-to-coast across Canada.

Criteria for the award are based on Excellence Canada’s "Excellence, Innovation and Wellness” standard, which is a holistic strategic framework designed to help organizations reduce redundancies, waste, and costs, while improving productivity and competitiveness. Organizations that adhere to this rigorous standard demonstrate superior commitment and capacity across all drivers, including: leadership, planning, customers, people, and processes.

From Our Founder & CEO David Hervieux:

This special honor reflects our commitment to uphold our values, which are to always deliver a “Wow Factor” for our community of users, support positive life experiences for our employees and users, and be transparent in all of our actions across the organization. We are grateful to Excellence Canada for this recognition of our efforts and investments, and I hope that every Devolutions team member feels a deep sense of ownership and pride!

And of course, I would also like to thank our incredible customers around the world who inspire us to continuously improve and innovate. We are always listening to our community and focusing on ways to help them secure and control the IT chaos.
