We are thrilled and proud to share that Devolutions has received the prestigious 2021 Gold Award for Excellence, Innovation & Wellness. The award was presented at the Performance Excellence Summit and Canada Awards for Excellence Virtual event on November 4, 2021 [read the press release].
This distinction is bestowed by The Canada Awards for Excellence, which is an annual awards program run by Excellence Canada that recognizes outstanding achievements by organizations in the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors coast-to-coast across Canada.
Criteria for the award are based on Excellence Canada’s "Excellence, Innovation and Wellness” standard, which is a holistic strategic framework designed to help organizations reduce redundancies, waste, and costs, while improving productivity and competitiveness. Organizations that adhere to this rigorous standard demonstrate superior commitment and capacity across all drivers, including: leadership, planning, customers, people, and processes.
