August Poll Question: What Tool(s) Do You Use in Your Organization to Manage Third-Party Access?

Over the past few years, the use of third-party vendors has increased dramatically as organizations look for ways to cut costs, increase efficiencies, and drive scalability. However, as Deloitte notes: “In doing so, organizations are exposing themselves to high-profile risks like never before. The biggest challenge going forward will be for organizations to provide the appropriate oversight to these third parties – before it’s too late.”

And this brings us to August’s poll question. This month, we would like to know: What tool(s) do you use in your organization to manage third-party access?

We are also interested in learning about your experiences managing third-party access. Tell us some of the issues and challenges you’ve faced, and what you’ve done to resolve them. Deloitte’s Global Survey on Third Party Governance and Risk Management revealed that 87% of respondents had an incident with a third party that disrupted their operations, and 11% experienced a complete failure in their vendor relationship.
