Hey RDMers! May is here, which means that in our part of the world the days are getting longer, the sun is shining more, there’s no need to keep a snow brush and ice scraper in the car (hopefully!), and of course: it’s poll time!
This month, we’d like you to tell us about your favourite help desk solution. Perhaps it’s Spiceworks, UserVoice, Samanage, FreshDesk, HelpScout, osTicket…and the list goes on. There’s plenty to choose from.
