Welcome to the first poll of 2025! We kick things off by focusing on a topic that will continue dominating the narrative and landscape in the months ahead: AI.
This month, we would like to know: How will you be using AI to enhance IT security & cybersecurity this year?
There are many possibilities and applications, such as:
- Threat detection (including advanced threats like AI-powered phishing)
- Vulnerability management
- Patch management
- Breach remediation
- Red teaming
- Penetration testing
- Behavioral analytics
- Vendor screening (e.g., using AI to send potential vendors IT security questionnaires to assess their infrastructure and practices)
- Automating SecOps
Again, these are just some of the ways that organizations are using AI to enhance IT security and cybersecurity. We highlight them to give you some ideas and spark your thinking.
Also, the question is not limited to new applications of AI in your organization. For example, if you have been using AI for patch management and plan on increasing this in 2025 (in terms of scope, adding new tools/technologies, or anything else), then we want to know.
