March Poll: What are your Biggest Remote Desktop/Remote Support/Remote Access Challenges?

Hey everyone!

It’s poll time again – but this time things are a bit different, because we need your help. Here’s the story:

We’re currently putting together a Whitepaper that, once completed, will help IT pros address some of their biggest remote desktop, remote support, and remote access challenges.

To better understand what these challenges are, we’ve divided our research into four areas:

  1. We’re analyzing posts and discussions in ourforum and on Spiceworks, paying particular attention to the remote support category.

  2. We’re going through all of our case studies, we’ve published a bunch of them on our blog, but we have plenty more on the shelf.

  3. We’re filtering through some of the most common support requests we’ve received over the years, which often don’t necessarily have to do with RDM itself, but with a challenge that a user is facing (i.e. a user has a challenge and isn’t sure how RDM can help them).

  4. We’ll be relying on your answers to the March Poll question!

And so, as you can guess, the question to the March poll is: What are your biggest remote desktop, remote support, and remote access challenges?

Your challenges can be anything. For example, they may include finding the most secure VPN or getting the best remote technology. Or maybe they’re more specific, like how to set up Microsoft Remote Desktop Gateway, or how to improve RDP security.

We’ll gather and organize your responses, and add it to our overall research. Be assured that our team will review every single response.
