As Devolutions’ marketing coordinator, I’m in charge of the company’s social media and advertising portfolios. I’m also responsible for establishing, maintaining and developing relationships within and beyond the Remote Desktop Manager community. I’m also in charge of the Devolutions blog, which means that I’ll be writing about various topics that, I hope, will be interesting and relevant to community members like you.

Good News : Sysadminotaur now has its own Website

Hey everyone,

Today we have really good news for all of you Sysadminotaur lovers. At last, Sysadminotaur finally has its own website, which you’ll find at sysadminotaur.com.

We’ve always known that Sysadminotaur was unique and awesome, but honestly we never imagined that it would be SO popular, with thousands of likes and views on Facebook, LinkedIn and here in our blog. Plus, we’ve had really positive feedback from our community of IT pros!

About Sysadminotaur

For the uninitiated: Sysadminotaur is our very own comic strip, which was created by IT pros, for IT pros. It’s a bit like Dilbert in a way, but what makes Sysadminotaur different is that it has its own look and personality, and really focuses on the world that IT teams face on a daily basis. You’ll surely find characters you can relate to, and others who remind you of team members -- and especially your boss!

No Limits

The other really cool thing about Sysadminotaur, is that since it’s our comic, we can do pretty much anything we want! Thanks to our talented friend and artist Patrick Désilets, the sky is the limit, and we can create all kinds of great stories or scenarios. And that brings us to YOU…

Tell Us Your Stories

We want YOU to be part of the Sysadminotaur experience! As long as it’s funny (in a geeky way), related to the IT world, and won’t get us in trouble then I’ll be happy to send it over to Patrick. Imagine telling all of your friends that you inspired a Sysadminotaur comic? Can you imagine the glory, the respect…the envy!?

Cheers!
