As we all know, working in the IT world can be difficult; especially these days, when so much of an organization’s success — or make that its survival — depends on a secure and functional tech ecosystem. Does this mean that some (or maybe all) of your non-IT technical colleagues and customers really have no idea what you do all day? Probably. Does it also mean that they depend on you more than they realize? Absolutely!
And that brings us to July’s poll question. This month, we’d like you to tell us: What makes you feel like an IT superhero?
As usual, there are no limits to what you can share. Perhaps what inspires and energizes you is earning the respect of your IT team members. Or maybe it’s the feeling you get when see the look of relief on a colleague or customer after you’ve solved a complex problem they were panicking about. Or maybe what makes you soar to new heights is acquiring more knowledge — because the more you know, the more you can contribute and help.
And of course, you can list multiple things that make you feel like an IT superhero. The more the better! We’ll share the responses at the beginning of August — surely it will warm your heart and put a smile on your face!
