As you may remember, back in January we published the Devolutions Road Map 2015, which highlighted the cool and exciting developments that we had (and still have) planned.
As we gear up for what looks like is going to be an insanely busy last three months of the year, we thought this would be a great time to update you on what we’ve done, what we’re doing, and what’s ahead.
Remote Desktop Manager for Windows 10.5
In March, we launched Remote Desktop Manager 10.5 for Windows, and it was a huge success! It featured several new improvements and enhancements. And since then, we’ve released version 10.6, which is even cooler! And by the way: we’re working hard on RDM 11.0 and it will be available by the end of the month. We’ll keep you posted on this.
Remote Desktop Manager for Mac 2.0
We’ve been REALLY busy on the RDM for Mac front. In April, we released RDM for Mac 2.0, and then followed up with RDM for Mac 2.5 in June – which featured over 30 additions and enhancements, including multiple UI improvements. And guess what? RDM for Mac 3.0 is on the way, and should be ready to go in a few weeks. We’re really excited about this and think that you’ll be pleased J Stay tuned for updates!
Devolutions Server 3.0
And in January, we gave you a heads up that the new and improved Devolutions Server was in development. Well after months of hard work, we’re happy to share that Devolutions Server 3.0 will launch THIS MONTH! (See? We told you it was insanely busy around here). It's going to be all about 2 Factor Authentication and Security. Here are some of them:
- Google Authenticator

In March, we were thrilled to announce that RDM for Android Beta registration was officially open. The response has been incredible, and clearly there is huge interest in this app!
Well, we have some good news for members of the Android army who want to view, edit and manage connections and credentials from their tablet or smartphone: in the coming weeks, we’ll be officially launching RDM for Android. We’ll provide more information in the days and weeks ahead. For now, we just wanted to say thank you to everyone who shared their feedback and advice with us. Your insights have been invaluable.
We’re thrilled to announce that RDM for iOS is almost here! The development is going even better than we had expected, and we’re really only weeks away from making an official announcement. When that’s done, together with clients for PC, Mac and Android, the iOS client will complete the full cross-platform vision for RDM that we’ve been working towards for a few years. Initially, you won't have access to your connections but you'll have access to all of your credentials. It's a work in progress and we're all working really hard to make it great for you! We can't hardly wait!
Remote Desktop Manager Online is now Devolutions Cloud
Also in March, we had the pleasure of introducing you to Devolutions Cloud, which was formerly called Remote Desktop Manager Online. Devolutions Cloud is a one-stop access point to all of your Devolutions’ online services, including Customer Portal, Online Database, Custom Installer, Online Backup and Online Drive.

The Best is Yet to Come!
Of course, none of this would be possible or worthwhile without the amazing IT pros in our community. Your support, feedback and help is everything to us, and keeps us going even when we’re tired -- even too tired to play foosball.
Thank you for making this year (so far) our best and most exciting ever – and the best is yet to come!
