Hi everyone!

I’ve just added a new FAQ to our website, and I wanted to share it with you since it might be something you’re curious about now or in the future.

As most of you know, our licensing is per user and not per machine. That way, our users have maximum flexibility to use RDM wherever they happen to be: in their office, on-site, at Starbucks, on a beach sipping pina coladas, or maybe even at Microsoft’s TechEd (which is where we’ll be again this June!).

Question & Answer

However, what some people are wondering about is whether RDM licenses are for each user, or for each CONNECTED user.

The answer to that is simple: each RDM user requires a license, regardless of whether he or she is connected. So, if a team has 25 IT Pros, it would purchase 25 licenses. See? Simple!

The Right License for You!

We have different packages to ensure that our customers only purchase as many licenses as they need, including 5-user, 10-user, and 15-user licenses, along with site and global license options. To learn more about our packages, please visit https://store.devolutions.net/Pricing.
